In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except tilapia; stir until well mixed. Set sauce aside.
In 13 * 9 baking dish arrange filets in single layer. Spoon sauce over filets. Bake 15 mintues or until filets flake. Bake at 425 degrees.
Serve tilapia with sauce in baking dish.
