Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Pound each chicken breast to an even 1/4 inch thickness
Sprinkle each side of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper
Place four asparagus spears at the center of each chicken breast
Add 1/4 cup of the Mozzarella cheese to each brest
Roll each breast to make a compact roll
Place in a pan and sprinkle each with about two tablespoons of bread crumbs
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
Top with fresh basil and tomatoes
