put parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, and nion in food processor till you have a paste with some small chunks.
boil, or steam asparagus with tbs of salt.
allow asparagus to cool will make it much easier to wrap.
coat 1 side of the provalone cheese with paste and wrap tightly around asparagus stalk, then wrap with prosciutto. place in fridge till needed, serve cold.
cut pieces in half to make bite sized if ya want to spread it out, makes a great appetizer.
