-Add chopped artichoke and asparagus
-Add vegetable stock and water
-Don't add too much water at first as its best to add some astounding go along to get the right consistency
-Simmer for 30 minutes
-Blend in a blender
-Put through moulin to get smooth
-Add salt, pepper and a few drops of tabasco
-Add a carton of cream and reheat
