Suggest a better descriptionCut crusts off bread and roll each slice flat with a rolling pin. Lightly butter, then spread lightly with mayonnaise. Place an asparagus spear on one end of the bread and roll up. Slice off the rough edges. Wrap in plastic wrap, rolling each roll in the wrap so they don't touch. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
Jeff loves this simple snack, originally made by his Grandma T. Personally I think it would be better with fresh asparagus, but he says no! :)
