A tasty and quick way to serve chicken. Plus, the dish looks very interesting!
Preheat the oven at 300 °F.
Prepare the aspargus by cutting the end.
Cut the chicken into stripes.
Crush the feta in a bowl and add a small amount of oil to get a creamy mixture.
Spread the cheese on each stripe.
Put two aspargus in the middle of each chicken stripe and roll the stripes around the aspargus.
Take toothpicks to help them hold.
Spread the rest of the oil (or use foil paper) on a baking dish or a skillet that goes in the oven and place all the chicken stripes on it.
Salt and pepper, to taste.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes and serve with your favorite sauce.
