Suggest a better descriptionMix yeast with the 2 pinches of sugar; add to the warm water and stir to dissolve. Add salt and pepper. Stir in flour one cup at a time, until the mixture can be formed into a ball. On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 7 minutes, adding more flour as necessary to keep the dough from being too sticky. Knead until smooth.
Put 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a plastic bag. Add the ball of dough and move the dough around to coat it with the oil. Close the bag with a twistie, leaving room for the dough to rise. Place on a cookie sheet in a warm place, free from drafts for about 1 hour.
Divide dough in half. Shape each half into a pizza on a pan sprinkled with corn meal. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle coars salt on top. Bak 15 minutes at 450.
