Cook noodles in 6 cups boiling water with 2 teaspoons salt for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 10 minutes then drain. Stir butter & onion into noodles. Stir eggs into sour cream. Stir egg mixture, ham, caraway seads & pepper into noodles. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Pour noodle mixture into casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 F until mixture is set (40 to 45 minutes).
