1. Put eggs in pan and cover with water
2. Heat to a boil partially covered
3. Cover and heat on low 5 minutes
4. Remove fro heat, leave covered 20 minutes
5. Run eggs under cold water to cool
6. Leave eggs in fridge overnight
7. Cook bacon according to instructions on package and let it cool
8. Peel eggs
9. Slice each egg in half lengthwise
10. Gently remove the yolks and place in a small mixing bowl
11. Mask up the yolks using a fork
12. Add chopped bacon, celery, red bell pepper, and blue cheese dressing to mixing bowl
13. Gently mix until combined
14. Spoon mixture into egg white halves
