1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper and grease lightly.
2. Remove stems from the mushrooms and place cavity side up on the baking sheet. Drizzle with avocado oil.
3. Roast mushrooms for 15-20 min, until soft.
4. Meanwhile, in microwave-safe bowl, melt the cream cheese in the microwave until it's soft and easy to stir.
5. Stir the sour cream, garlic, dill and parsley into the cream cheese. Stir in the cheddar, bacon and green onions.
6. Remove mushrooms from the oven when soft, but leave oven on. Drain any liquid from the pan and from inside the mushrooms. Pat the cavities dry with paper towels.
7. Use a spoon to fill mushrooms with the dip mixture.
8. Bake the stuffed mushrooms for 10-15 min, until hot.
