2. Transfer bacon to one slice of toast
3. Season eggs with salt and pepper; add to skillet and cook until set around edge (two minutes)
4. Flip and cook 30 seconds
5. Fold into quarters and place on bacon
6. Top with tomato and season with salt and pepper
7. Spread goat cheese on remaining slice of toast and sandwich
