Easy to make, not spicy at all
1. Place cream cheese in a small bowl and let sit out for at least 30 minutes to soften.
2. Add garlic powder and kosher salt and mash and mix up.
3. Add Sharp cheddar cheese and diced jalapenos and mix thoroughly.
4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
5. Turn three slices over and spread cheese mixture on bread, top with slice of bread so mayonnaise on outside.
6. Heat sskillet on medium low heat, melt butter in pan.
7. Place sandwiches in pan, cook until golden brown then flip and cook other side, approximately 3-4 minutes each side.
8. Serve
