Fry bacon just before it gets crispy.
Throw in bround beef and get it grey/brown.
Mix all contents together in a bowl. This includes the beef and bacon (with or without fat, your choice) you just cooked.
While you do this, your oven can be preheated to 350F.
Start Stuffing! As you can see, I gave mine a nice little mound. That is not flush with the top and the baking caused it to rise. Actually, the meats shrunk a little inside. So don't be afraid to mash it all in there. Just do your best not to break your pepper. I decided to get a little decorative and topped it with a little bit of remainder goat cheese.
Pop it in your 350F oven for 45-55min.
