Great for Low Carb meal
Cook bacon until brown. Remove to bowl and save 3 Tbsp of the fat. Saute the peppers in fat for 4 minutes then add onion and saute for an additional 6 minutes. Remove from heat.
Beat eggs, milk and cream together. Stir in bacon and onion/pepper mixture. Pour into a 10 inch ceramic pan.
Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes.
