Use baking pans with 2" sides. Lay bacon and sausage on pans sprayed with cooking spray.
Prick sausages with a fork. Brush bacon with maple syrup.
Cook sausage 25-30 minutes. Cook bacon 15-18 minutes. Turn several times while cooking.
Drain bacon and pile sausages and bacon on platter.
Serves 16.
