Asian-style barbeque sauce.
Combine soy, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar and ketchup.
Season pork shops (front and back) with pepper and garlic powder.
Pour 1/2 sauce over pork chops. Sprinkle with onion flakes. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove foil and turn chops over. Bake another 10 minutes or until pork internal temp is 145 degrees.
