Mounds of fried, oily cheese, mayonnaise-drenched dips, deep-fried anything-they are all loaded with calories, carbs, sodium or cholesterol. It’s time to banish the bad and introduce a healthier appetizer to your table. These Cauliflower Poppers are baked with diet-friendly foods, but it’s the addition of green chiles that will keep you coming back for more. In between meals? Enjoy instead as a healthy snack!
