Suggest a better descriptionBrush the chicken pieces with a little olive oil and sprinkle the chicken with a mixture of salt, pepper, sweet paprika and onion powder. Bake at 200c. for 30 minutes or until slightly golden. Meanwhile mix in a large jug, the orange juice, both jams, honey, lemon and lime juice and heat until just about to boil. Whisk to remove any lumps. Place the peeled cumquats around the chicken pieces and pour over the orange juice mixture. Continue baking at 180c. for 30 minutes further, basting every 10 minutes, and cook until the sauce is thick and the chicken is tender. To serve, sprinkle with the sliced basil leaves and serve over rice. Spoon extra sauce over the chicken.
