1. Grease doughnut pan
2. Beat butter, oil, sugars until smooth
3. Add eggs, beat until combined
4. Stir in powder, soda, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla
5. Stir flour into butter mixture alternate with milk, eggs, and end with the rest of the flour until all is combined
6. Spoon batter into pans filling walls 1/4 ' of the rim
7. Bake 10 minutes
8. Wait 7 minutes before removing from the pan
