Grease Doughnut pan
Beat butter, oil and sugars until smooth
Add eggs, bet to combine
Stir in powder, soda, nutmeg, salt, vanilla
Stir in flour into butter mix alternate with cup milk
begining and end cup flour, making sure all is combined
Spoon batter into pans, filling walls to 1/4 of the rim
Bake 10 mins, wait 7 mins before removing from the pan
