2. Combine first 5 ingredients. Place fish on a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Rub lemon pepper mixture evenly over fish. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 minute or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
