2. Mix sauces together in a large bowl.
3. Add mozzarella cheese and stir.
4. Add penne and mix well.
5. Pour pasta into 9X13 baking dish and cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
