Suggest a better descriptionBake potatoes @350 for 65-75 minutes, until tender. Cool completely. Peel & Cube potatoes. In large sauce pan, melt butter, stir in flour, salt & pepper, until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat and whisk in sour cream and potatoes. Garnish with bacon and cheese.
