Great for snacking during a football game! This usually doesn't last long enough to get cold, but if you make too much, it's still good reheated.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Set aside 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Mix rest of parmesan cheese with remaining ingredients; pour into 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle top with reserved parmesan cheese. Bake 35 minutes or until dip is heated through and top is lightly browned. Serve warm. Great with Ritz Simply Socials Wheat Crackers or Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips.
I always use my food processor to chop up the asparagus spears and artichoke hearts.
