Cook Pasta as directed- drain
While Pasta is cooking- Crumble and cook the Italian Sausage(I used a link of mild and a spicy link). Drain grease when no longer pink and set aside.
In the same pot I boiled the pasta in add the jar of marinara, tomatoes (I like fire roasted), and cream cheese. Cook on medium heat until cream cheese is melted and everything has blended together. Stir frequently! Return pasta to pan and mix thoroughly.
In a 13x9 baking dish, layer half the pasta mixture- then add your drained sausage. On top of that layer sour cream, and 1 cup of Mozzarella. Add the remaining pasta then top with remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake until heated through
