Balsamic Beef
-lightly season beef with salt/pepper. Place into slow cooker. Add onion, garlic, broth, vinegar. Cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours. (Reserve 3 cups shredded beef for Quick Beef and Vegetable Tomato Sauce recipe). Serve remaining beef with Brussels sprouts and potatoes
Slice Brussels Sprout Saute and Roasted Potatoes
- Heat 2 T oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 min, stirring constantly. Add brussels sprouts, salt, pepper. Cook 4 minutes or until sprouts wilt, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in vinegar. Preheat oven to 425. Combine potatoes and 2T oil on a large rimmed baking sheet; arrange in a single layer. Bake 15 minutes or until browned
