Rinse chops and pat dry with paper towel. IN non stick skillet heat olive oil over medium heat intil hot.
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
Cook chops 4 min on each side or until done
Tansfer to a platter and keep warm.
Increase heat to high - stir onions into meat juices and cook 1-2 mins
Stir in vinegar and sugar and another min. Pour sauce and onions over pork and serve iwth rice or potatoes.
