Toss the mushrooms with olive ooil & montreal chicken seasoning.
Roast @ 325 for about 15 minutes. Cooked but not crispy.
Reduce vinegar, sugar and garlic by half.
Add mushrooms and demi, return to simmer for 1 minute.
Adjust saeasoning.
