Banana Bread - Mom Platt
Cream butter and sugar. Add bananas, eggs, and dry ingredients. Mix just enough to moisten flour. Fold in nuts and vanilla. Poured into well-buttered loaf pan*. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Cool before slicing.
*small loaf pans (individual pans) bake for 35 mins.
