Mrs. Gaylord's Banana Bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add sugar to oil. Add beaten eggs and then everything else. Stir to blend well. Bake 2 small loaves for 45 minutes or 1 big loaf for 1 hour. (I think 1 hour is too long...definitely overcooked. I would start checking at 45 minutes).
