Banana Bread Loaf
Source: Betty Crocker without nuts
Preheat oven to 350 Deg
Cream margarine and sugar on medium speed
Slowly add eggs while beating
Add dry ingredients
Add bananas
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan
Bake 40 - 45 minutes until toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean.
Also great for muffins - adjust cooking time to 25-30 minutes
