The main ingredient of the recipe is bananas. Delicious & moist. Add flax seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg &/or vanilla for an additional zing! Substitute half of the butter for applesauce to cut fat & calories.
1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, bananas and nuts. Stir in flour and soda mixed, stir in water. Bake in greased 5x9 loaf pan.
Bake 350 degree for 50-60 minutes.
