Banana Bread
Preheat oven to 350. Mash bananas and mix melted butter into bananas. Add sugar, beaten egg, vanilla and mix well. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt, then flour. Pour mixture into greased bread pan and bake for 1 hour. Let cool.
