Suggest a better descriptionCombine soda and boiling water in bowl and let cool to lukewarm, set aside.
In large bowl beat well sugar, eggs, crisco, salt and add bananas to this.
Then add flour. Mix in soda and water mixture to this.
Grease and flour 9 small tins. Fill 2/3 full.
Bake 350 for 1 hour. Test with toothpick. Empty pans immediately.
Freezes very well - stays moist.
