Suggest a better descriptionUse a fork to mash banana in medium bowl until smooth and lump feee. Add egg, baking powder, cinnamon and pinch of salt. Whisk well until combined.
Heat 1/4 tsp oil in non stick frying pan on low-medium heat. Coat pan well.
Add 2 tablespoons of mixture into pan for each pancake. Cook in batches for about 2 mins each side u til golden and set. Add other 1/4 teaspoon oil for second batch if needed.
Tip: pancakes dill still be runny on top when flipping, so be very careful.
