Suggest a better description1. In medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
2. In small bowl, mash banana with fork until almost smooth. Whisk in eggs then add milk and vanilla. Whisk until well blended.
3. Pour banana mixture and melted butter onto flour mixture. Fold batter gently with rubber spatula until just blended, don't over mix. Batter will be thick and lumpy.
4. Set griddle or non stick pan over medium heat until hot. Put pad of butter and tablespoon of vegetable oil onto griddle. Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls.
