Best fluffy banana pancakes ever
Mix all dry ingredients together thoroughly. In separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients and mash banana. Once done, then add milk, mix together well.
Then, pour all wet ingredients into dry ingredients and don't mix too much maybe a dozen strokes. Ok if some pockets of flour show still.
Put about 1/3 cup onto girdle heated at 360 degrees to make pancakes.
Should create 8 big pancakes or 12 small ones.
