2) add in all other ingredients to the blender until bananas are smooth and everything is mixed.
3) heat pan to a medium to high heat. Add oil and disperse with kitchen roll. You should be able to fit three to a 30cm pan. Once you see an even amount of bubbles covering the pancakes flip and and cooke for equal amount of time
