2. Bring 8 cups water to a boil.
3. Mix all sausage ingredients. Form into patties. Place on cookie sheet.
4. Cook sweet potatoes in water until fork tender. Drain and put back in pot. Add 2 tbs butter and coconut milk. Hair immersion blender to mash.
5. Bake sausage for 12-15 min until internal temp is 145.
