The Rub
1)Mix all ingredient EXCEPT for the salt and pepper
The Ribs
1)Season the ribs on both sides with the salt and pepper. Then coat the ribs with the rub on both sides. Place the ribs in a pan and let sit for approximately an hour. After this time pour the marinade into the pan with the meat and leave in the refrigerator, overnight. Once marinated completely, put the pan in the oven at 350? for 2 hours. Remove the meat from the pan and put them on the grill, meat side down, over medium to high heat. Cook for a minute or 2 on each side. Put barbecue sauce heavy all over ribs, use a honey garlic sauce, then put back in oven at 350? for at least one hour.
