Suggest a better descriptionPlace meat in baking dish. Pour liquid smoke over meat and sprinkle both sides with onion salt, celery salt and garlic salt. Seal and place in refrigerator overnight. When ready to bake, sprinkle both sides of meat with salt & pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Seal pan with foil and bake for 5 hours at 275 degrees. Uncover meat and pour 6 oz. commercial barbeque sauce and continue baking 1 hour. Remove meat to platter and let cool before slicing.
