2. Beat sugar, ghee, curd, eggs, vanilla essence. Add baking powder and soda and beat.
3. Add thesoji little by little and fold it with a spatula.
4. Grease the tray (9-12) with ghee.
5. Add half of the soji mixture
6. Pour the filling slowly
7. Place the other half of the soji mixture
8. Top it up with almonds
9. Keep it aside for 1 hour
10. Preheat the oven to 180
11. Bake the sweet for about 50 minutes to 1 hour
