a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Place the chosen meat on the
baking sheet.

garlic, and whisk until combined.
4. Brush on or pour lemon juice
mixture over the chosen meat coating
evenly.
5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
6. Cook grain according to package
instructions.
7. Serve cooked meat with chopped

and cooked grain.
