Fill boiler with water. Season water with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place chicken in water and boil until very tender. Drain broth from chicken (can reserve broth in refrigerator for other recipes). Shred chicken in bowl and mix with BBQ sauce. Serve with favorite bread.
