Combine brown sugar, salt, paprika, chili
powder, garlic powder, cumin, mustard, and red
pepper; rub on both sides of pork. Heat grill or
grill pan to medium-high heat. Coat with fat-free
cooking spray. Add pork and cook 4 to 6
minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium and
cook 8 more minutes
