Suggest a better description1. Place bread in large bowl. Pour 1/2 cup barbecue sauce over bread to coat. Let stand until sauce soaks into bread.
2. Preheat oven to 375. Coat roasting pan with cooking spray.
3. Tear bread into small pieces. Stir in turkey, eggs, green pepper, onion and 1 tsp salut until well combined.
4. In pan, shape meat mixture into 10x5" loaf.
5. Bake 45 minutes.
6. Spread remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce over meatloaf. Bake until meat thermometer registers 160 (10 - 15 minutes).
