Heat any type of Beans in a pot until HOT.
Slice tomato into wedges.
Place drained beans on a bed of rice. Surround by wedges of tomato. Add tabasco sauce.
Combine different styles of rice and beans for a variety. Also use different styles of Hot Sauce.
