Beef barley vegetable soup
Place bones and broth and seasonings and parsley in a soup kettle. Cover and cook for 1 hour
Add barley and cook 1 hour longer.
Cool, skim off excess fat
Cut off meat from the bone and dice meat.
Return meat to soup and add vegetables and cook for 30 minutes longer
