Suggest a better descriptionFry the mince, when showing signs of browning add half the black bean sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the taco shells in a pre-heated oven to warm through.
Drain the water chestnuts and slice. Do the same to the trimmed spring onions and chilli, then tip into the frying pan. Rip the seeds and stalks out of the peppers, then chop and add to the pan.
Add the rest of the black bean sauce and the juice from 1 lime.
After a couple of minutes add the sesame seeds, soy sauce and honey
Serve with soured cream and a little grated cheddar.
