Easy and yummy!
Place beef cubes, onion soup mix, mushrooms and liquid, and wine in a large casserole dish. Mix well. Cover and bake at 350? for two hours or until beef is tender. Stir occasionally. Stir in mushroom soup and reheat on stovetop. Serve over rice.
